All of our holiday break camps are intended for children age 4-8 years old. Children age 3-4 are also welcomed to enroll if they have preschool experience, or if they have an older sibling also enrolled.

Veteran’s Day Holiday — Monday, November 11

Fall Break 3-Day Camp — M-W, 11/25 - 11/27

Veteran’s Day 1-day Birds of the Bay Camp—

On Monday, November 11th (Veteran’s Day Holiday), we are offering a single-day camp from 9am-2pm. Morning care is available at 8:30am, and aftercare is available until 5pm.

CAMP FULL — Waitlist is now open. (10/17/24)

  • $100 registration

    • $25 off for earlybird registration until 10/1

  • 10% sibling discount for the second sibling enrolled.

  • Extended Care is available for the day for $35, which includes both Morning Care (8:30am - 9am) and Aftercare (2pm-5pm), and includes an afternoon snack.

Fall Break 3-Day Nature Craft Camp—

Fall Break Camp is a 3-day camp offered Monday, November 25th, through Wednesday, November 27th. Hours are 9am-2pm. Morning care is available at 8:30am, and aftercare available until 5pm.

  • $300 registration

    • $25 off for earlybird registration until 10/1

  • 10% sibling discount for the second sibling enrolled.

  • Morning Care (8:30am - 9am) is available for $35 per week.

  • Aftercare (2pm - 5pm) is available for $100 per week, and includes an afternoon snack.

Winter Break Camp will be offered in four sessions. Sign up for one session, or all four!

  • Winter Camp A: December 23-24 — Campfire Cooking: Sweet & Savory

  • Winter Camp B: December 26-27 — Colors of the Wild: Natural Pigments & Dye

  • Winter Camp C: December 30-31 — Fairies, Folklore & Storycrafting

  • Winter Camp D: January 2-3 — Fires, Foraging & Medicinal Herbs

Winter Break Camp enrollment is now open.

  • $225 registration per session, deduct $25 for each additional session enrolled

    • 1 session— $225 | 2 sessions— $425 | 3 sessions— $650 | 4 sessions— $825

    • Additional discounts:

      • $50 off your total for SUPER earlybird registration by 10/1 (when you complete registration for two or more winter camps)

      • $25 off your total for earlybird registration until 11/1 (when you complete registration for one or more winter camps)

  • 10% sibling discount for the second sibling enrolled.

  • Extended Care is available for $60 per session, which includes both Morning Care (8:30am - 9am) and Aftercare (2pm-5pm), and includes afternoon snack.

Spring Break Camp 2025

Spring Break Camp

March 31 - April 4, 2025

Spring Break Camp is a 5-day camp offered Monday, March 31st, through Friday, April 4th. Hours are 9am-2pm. Additionally, morning care is available at 8:30am, and aftercare available until 5pm.

Spring Break Camp enrollment is now open.

  • $450 registration

    • $50 off for SUPER earlybird registration by 10/1

    • $25 off for earlybird registration until 12/1

  • 10% sibling discount for the second sibling enrolled.

  • Morning Care (8:30am - 9am) is available for $50 per week.

  • Aftercare (2pm - 5pm) is available for $150 per week, and includes an afternoon snack.

Refunds and Cancellation Policies

Fall Break Camps:

  • Cancellations on or before October 1— A refund will be processed in the amount of your payment minus $50 administrative fee. Credit card processing fees are not refundable.

  • Cancellations on or before November 1— No refund given, unless we are able to fill your spot with someone from the waitlist. If we are able to fill your spot, a refund will be processed in the amount of your payment minus a $50 administrative fee. Credit card processing fees are not refundable.

  • Cancellations beginning November 8— No refunds given, credit may be offered.

Winter Break Camps:

  • Cancellations on or before October 11— A refund will be processed in the amount of your payment minus $100 administrative fee. Credit card processing fees are not refundable.

  • Cancellations on or before November 1— No refund given, unless we are able to fill your spot with someone from the waitlist. If we are able to fill your spot, a refund will be processed in the amount of your payment minus a $100 administrative fee. Credit card processing fees are not refundable.

  • Cancellations beginning November 8— No refunds given, credit may be offered.

Spring Break Camp:

  • Cancellations on or before February 24— A refund will be processed in the amount of your payment minus $150 administrative fee. Credit card processing fees are not refundable.

  • Cancellations on or before March 1— No refund given, unless we are able to fill your spot with someone from the waitlist. If we are able to fill your spot, a refund will be processed in the amount of your payment minus a $150 administrative fee. Credit card processing fees are not refundable.

  • Cancellations beginning March 12— No refunds given, credit may be offered.
